Volume lashes are much thicker than classic lashes because they are applied at a higher ratio such as 3:1 or even 5:1. These lashes are applied in a fan style, meaning that there are several lashes attached together at the base. This allows one fan of lashes (3 or sometimes even 5) to be applied per one natural lash. These lashes are bold and beautiful. Mega volume lashes are a newer type of lash. Like regular volume lashes, the process uses a fan of lashes applied to each individual natural lash. However, instead of 3-5 lashes per fan, mega volume uses up to 16 lashes per fan for dramatic, show-stopping results. The lashes are thin (0.03mm to 0.05mm) and when combined together, create a fuller look.
