Born and raised in Brazil, I grew up watching my mother thrive in the beauty industry. Every day after school, I would walk to my mom’s beauty spa and wait for her to finish work. I would watch closely as she performed the beauty services on her clients, and I always dreamed of the day that would be me!

I started shadowing my mom’s work, and eventually started performing beauty services myself by the age of 17. Right then and there, I knew this was my passion and that it would be my future. I graduated University with a degree in Business and Economics; however, I knew my heart was elsewhere, and I couldn’t ignore it.

In 2009, I moved from Brazil to Canada and jumped back into the beauty industry to never look back. I started offering Permanent Makeup services on a part-time basis until leaving my full-time position to pursue my passion which quickly transformed into my career! I can finally say that I have succeeded in bringing the “Brazilian Beauty Concept”, of a one stop beauty shop, with me to Canada. Welcome to BBM Ottawa!
